Dynamic line balancing as a success factor for your company

The ideal planning and balancing of the assembly line requires the knowledge of which worker is assigned to which task and how much time is required to complete that task. Do you currently not have a workflow time analysis? No problem! Our planning partners will support you in laying the foundation for your dynamic cycle time analysis and to correctly record work processes and times using MTM or REFA.

Once all the data is available in our ipolog software, the optimization of line balancing and manufacturing operations can begin: assembly lines and production areas are displayed in 3D in the simulation software tool. The simulation allows for the comparison of cycle times at a glance, idle times and worker and vehicle workloads (forklifts, AGVs, etc.). Material, times and routes of the assembly line or production area can be read off in a Gantt diagram. Work steps can be transferred to other workers per drag & drop. The corresponding materials in the container are automatically moved with the work steps – even across production areas. This positively influences the degree of productivity and improves the cycle time.
