Provide customer support for users of our software
Identify, report and follow up on support requests
Assist in the creation and maintenance of the help page website for software users
Ensure the documentation of support requests for regression tests and forward the reports to quality assurance
Enjoy working with people, service oriented, a high level of social skills
Experience in software support
Domain knowledge in the area of production logistics and assembly planning is an advantage
Knowledge of Jira is a plus, but not a must
Structured and reliable way of working
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
