Company history

ipolog Software: How it all began…

A simple macro was the initial spark for the ipolog software: software developer Werner Dürr often faced lengthy and recurring tasks in his job as a factory planner. In order to simplify these tasks, he wrote a macro that made it possible to save a considerable amount of time and effort. The first step in the success story of ipolog had begun!

What happened next…

In the basement of a house in Gechingen, Germany, a small team continued to work on ipolog and expand the software step by step. Soon 3D simulations were implemented and customers and partners began to take notice. As more experts and innovators joined the team the basement quickly became too small. In 2014 the company moved into a larger building at Heidenheimer Str. 6 in Leonberg. » more

Where we are today…

What began as a single macro is now a high-quality software for assembly and logistics planning. A committed and passionate team working at two locations puts our software to the test daily. Innovation, increased efficiency, safety, planning, software and visualization – that’s what we stand for! » more
