In the next step, this data is seamlessly transferred to ipolog—without interruptions or detours.

ipolog complements the cycle structure with all logistics-related information:

The result: integrated planning that combines assembly and logistics processes—with a consistent data model that realistically reflects what will occur later in the factory.

Step 2: Visualization in the digital twin – the gateway to the industrial metaverse

Based on the end-to-end planning from step 1, a complete digital twin is created in an open format (OpenUSD).

Additional data is also incorporated, such as structural parts lists and product geometries.
The joint database from TAKTIQ and ipolog thus becomes the starting point for a new level of visualization and further processing:
