NVIDIA Omniverse™ is a platform for simulating and connecting to virtual worlds. In the world of Omniverse, digital content designers can meet virtually to develop complex 3D content in real time. Omniverse obeys the laws of physics. It can simulate particles, fluids, materials, springs, and cables—making it perfect for training robots, designing products, or creating digital twins of buildings, factories, and even cities.
As a system integrator, BÄR Automation develops innovative automation systems for individual tasks.
The people at our company believe in the power of innovation and quality of advice. This is why FPS Germany is the most solution-focused supplier of integrated production and logistics equipment based on aluminum profiles, who inspires with products and services consistently tailored to customer needs.
NavVis: Keeping your daily 3D data up-to-date is a big challenge for any planner dependent on accurate representation of the current production environment for valid planning results. The import of point clouds makes reality accessible via the 3D scan. The synchronization of the real and virtual view helps match the digital twin even more: NavVis viewpoints are duplicated in the ipolog planning environment. This enables a planning cycle in real life and 3D in contrast to the standard unidirectional planning workflow.
The Bavarian company NeoLog with approx. 20 employees, has been providing cross-sector lean management solutions for intralogistic processes in production and materials management since 2015. From Landshut, a team of specialists looks after national and international B2B customers who receive Lean Manufacturing as an integrated solution. Ergonomics, occupational safety, process efficiency, materials and assembly are individual building blocks of the portfolio, which combines analog and digital components. NeoLog offers, among other things, tube clamping systems made of steel and aluminium, tailor-made workstations for production, administration and logistics, the material management system “Shadowboard”, the gesture-controlled pick-to-light solution “pickFinder” and the electrical transport system “360Mover” so that processes in production and assembly run as lean as possible.
Neumaier Industry from Hofstetten in the Black Forest develops and produces machines and systems for modern intralogistics – including the Factory Train tugger train system. The Factory Train is the ideal solution for clocked and efficient internal flows of goods and can be operated both manually and automatically.
ipolog GmbH is technology partner of Siemens PLM Software. The partnership enables customers to connect the planning and visualization tool ipolog via the new module IPO.TI to Teamcenter Portfolio, the leading digital production planning software.
